I bought several yards of my floral petal fabric for a great bargain from a woman clearing out a huge stash of quilting fabric. I was planning on using much of it for quilt backs--it was fun being able to cut into it for a block in its own right. My only issue was that I have absolutely no white on white--so my background is a solid white. This will go in the mail tomorrow. --Julia C

Hi Julia, very pretty block. I think the white will look fine. I look forward to receiving it and will let you know when it arrives. I understand your feelings about cutting into fabric and I always think that it I choose it for a project it will be short the amount I used. A learning exercise for us all. Thank you for your sacrifice, I promise it will be happy in my flower garden. Jayne
