Here is my block for Debbie. I finished it over a week ago, took the picture but got busy with other sewing projects. So now I'm posting (finally!) and will put them in the mail today. I've only used batiks once in a quilt so my stash of this type of fabric is pretty tiny. I didn't have enough to make more than one. Sorry Debbie! I hope you like it though.
I love the applique. I don't do it often but it is fun. Especially since I just got a new sewing machine and tried the blanket stitch. I love how it turned out. I can't wait to use it again. I even did the blanket stitch on the tiny petal on my siggy block!
P.S. Miki's quilt is so pretty!! Everyone in Hive #2 did such a great job on all the blocks!!
