My favorite and easiest go to meal? Grab some skin on chicken thighs and arrange on a sheet pan, season with salt and lots of paprika then pop in to bake for one hour at 375 - sometimes I'll even throw on a couple of spuds cut in quarters. . .or any veg that I might have handy. The skin is nice and crispy and the meat is perfectly juicy! Yum!
