It's my choice this month and I want to ask you to make the block with a boy in mind,
so no flowers or other girly stuff.
It's a big block but also very simple (I think)
Pick 4 colours of blue fabric and a plain ol' white.
Cut one 7,5" square from each blue fabric and cut eight 3,5" squares from the white fabric.
Draw a diagonal on the white squares.
Place two white squares opposite eachother on each blue square.
Sew on the diagonal and cut a 1/4" seam.
Press the whites open and repeat with all blue squares.
Lay out the four blue squares like this and sew them together.
You're done!
The quilt will go to charity, so I want to thank you now for making a boy happy in the future :-)
