Stars for Lori

What a fun challenge this month, especially as I watched some of the other bees show their work. Lori asked for any star, in Americana colors. I opted for a modern first star,

and a more traditional second star. Both are 12.5" now, 12" finished.

Lori's question about my favorite block.... I love bear's paw. Here is a photo of my UFO, on my design railing: the sun is shining through and gives a lovely glow.
