April Hive 5 for Lyssa

Though I may not have picked these colors before I am now loving mustard and navy.  Pulling the requested modern style fabrics was easy to do, a bit of Tula, C+S, Alison Glass & Dewberry already in my stash.  There was some trouble with my 1/4" seam allowance and found out my piecing skills needed for this project weren't so great so this block was good practice.

                                           

I did finally get a couple blocks that measure out to 15.5".  Couldn't decide which block I like more so I'm sending both, you can choose!  Thanks Lyssa for the interesting pattern this month.
