June block for Hive #1
Hive #1 - June
Just realised I haven't posted this up! So remembered in the nick of time!
Colours are MUCH redder in real life - but typically had missed te decent light today so looks dull!
Hope you like!
I'll get in the post to you later this week.

Hive 1 Granny Square Block
I mailed this quite a while ago so hopefully you’ve received it by now!
I made a quilt with these blocks about a year ago and it was fun to revisit making the block! So much fun maybe I’ll have to make another quilt:)

Blocks for Sandra
Blocks for Sandra
The two blocks are in the post and winging their way to you. I am afraid the colours are poor in the photograph as you can tell from the Kona fabric, but I also have difficulty with yellow, it is my all time hated colour so I do not have much in my stash. I know you said the plum colour should be a highlight but I just felt the whole thing needed the centre square to pull it together.

Hive #4 May Blocks
I sequestered myself in the sewing room today and went through the scrap strips I had.The first block got a bit messed up in construction, but I think I was able to get it to the proper final size. I did a bit better on the second one, but I know there are inconsistencies there as well. I believe I did manage to get a final size of 11.5" for both blocks though.
I will try to get these in the post early this week so they can be on their way to their owner as soon as possible.
Sorry for the delay!

June Hive 4 Blocks
I hope these are the colors you are looking for! I had a lot of fun making these and hopefully you can forgive me, but I ran out of fabric for the last two 5" strips on the last block!
I will get these in the mail tomorrow!

Hive 2 for Nataki
I was so excited to see that the orb block was your choice for this month! It has been on my bucket list for a couple of years, but you know how it is, other projects get in line :) Anyway, so enjoyed making this. I hope the colors are ok. I cut for two so that I can make myself a pillow too! Will pop this baby in the mail in the morning.

Hive 4-MY GREAT GRANNY SAMPLES
Here are the rows to be sewn together.
I press my seams in alternate directions just before assembling the rows.
This is what the completed block should look like when you send it.
Do not trim it!
Notice the 2.5 x 5 rectangles sewn on the upper and lower corners.
I cannot wait to see what you guys come up with!
May blocks for Hive #2 and #3
Sorry to post these pictures late! I've already sent these out and probably have already made it to their destinations :)
Hope these will work ladies!
