May is an incredibly busy month for me, and I am so sorry to be posting late! I work at a university, and in May we have graduation, then academic standing decisions, then orientation, all within two weeks!
For the question, I have made both quilts to use and quilts to hang. I find myself using a lot of white recently, and haven't been worried about bleeding - I've gotten lucky, but have always made sure to wash in cold water and have lots of color catchers on the first few washes.
