There was a practice attempt which was abismal, and I nearly gave up!! But I am so glad I persevered as I enjoyed learning this technique and I think in the end my blocks look OK.
Despite this being a stash bee, I never seem to have the required colours in my stash!! So big thanks to Sarah who sent me the black and yellow spotty material - that's my favourite out of the two blocks.

You are not alone,in the never having the right colors in your stash department,so far I have not had the right colors either.
