For my block I'd like everyone to make my string scrappy star block {find the tutorial here} using bright colors and a few selvages {I'd prefer at least 2 per block, but would love to see more!}, I wrote a little tutorial about using the selvages and making the chevrons here. The center star should be Moda Bella Ruby Ice {fat quarters available here & here}.
Oh, and I'd love a 4" siggy square too!

What fabric is the center solid star supposed to be? I might have missed it somewhere...
Great block! I've been meaning to try a string block for a while but it always gets pushed down on my things to do list. Very excited for this one!

Jennie, I'm so sorry, but I just did a declutter of my sewing area (not much was done this summer, except for my bee blocks!) and I found the block I made for you! I am SO SORRY!
