When I saw the tutorial Renae posted for her February block, I thought: "gulp!"
Applique is brand new to me and far from my comfort zone. Plus, I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with sewing curves. But that's the great thing about a Bee - learning new techniques and trying things that you'd ordinarily shy away from.
I really enjoyed making this block, and am feeling inspired to try a full quilt just like this one for myself. Thanks for the challenge, Renae!!
