Hive 6 June block

I really struggled with this block, I dont know why. I struggled with the saturated color choices - even though I have many
I struggled with the no mess geese blocks, and always ended up with four extras.
I struggled with getting my points pointy

In the end I love the look of the block and will try and make some for myself with less swearing involved.

The question was if I have done any QAL. I did one, a Mario pixelated quilt. The individual blocks that made up the pixels were supposed to be 1"but I made them 2.5"doesnt sound like much, but I ended up with a quilt bigger than my lounge. Major Fail!
