Hive 5 May Block

Hello!  Christina asked for a scrappy 9 patch-like block in bright colors, which once again sent me rummaging through my scrap bin attempting to find enough.  I opted to cut 45 different squares instead of doing the strip piecing, and this is the result:

Christina asked, "If time and money were not a factor, where would you go and why?" - well, the question should be more like, would you come back???  Honestly, it would be a tie between hiking the Great Wall of China and a Yangtze River cruise or getting a chance to visit the Middle East!
