June Hive #1 is in the frame

I had quite a bit of fun finding stash fabric to make these colourful frames for Sara - if a little difficulty getting the sizes to work. Why is it always the simple shapes that seem trickiest for measurements? Anyhow, here are the pretties - took me a few days to get good enough weather to photograph.
The purple is cheerfully bright, but desaturating a bit in the sunlight.
