For those of you wondering, I would say Kona Coal, Slate, and Medium Gray fall under the "cool" category. Charcoal and Ash are "warm".Danny Heyenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14524510316569641921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7966719247111983224.post-69351887013330201192012-11-30T00:31:13.089-05:002012-11-30T00:31:13.089-05:00Ok, I think I understand. In Colour Order has a nice guide to wam and cool here.
For greys, if you put the grey next to a piece of blue (say navy blue) fabric and it harmonises, it is a cool grey, like the greys say in Echo. If it instead has an ochre or brownish note to it, it is a warm grey. eg. Kona Ash is quite 'warm'. Does that help?Taisia @ Piecing Lighthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03517119263868985705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7966719247111983224.post-81102655812560514372012-11-29T18:00:10.229-05:002012-11-29T18:00:10.229-05:00This looks like fun!
